We have finished shipping out the pledges (except for a few pledges as we are still waiting for additional information from those backers). You should have already received the tracking numbers on BackerKit. If you haven't received it, please don't worry. The parcels are on its way and some of you might have already received them. For some of the backers who pledged for add-ons, those add-ons might need a little bit more time because our forwarder informed us that a part of the parcels was stuck in the port for a few weeks early this month. But everything should be fine now and it just needs a little bit more time to transit.

Just a quick update on the status as we have received a number of enquiries for tracking number. We have just completed shipping out almost all the pledges and now we are tidying up the tracking numbers before we can upload them to BackerKit. We might need 1-2 more days. But in case you would like to know your tracking number first, feel free to reach out to us via comment or pm or email. We will send you the tracking number first.

Sorry to keep you guys waiting! We had some minor problem on the carton boxes and now everything is fixed! We have already shipped out 70% of the pledges and all the pledges are expected to ship out within this week!
If you have purchased items apart from the Tawa game, the Tawa deluxe upgrade, Woodas Deluxe and Moku Tower, you will receive at least 2 tracking numbers (depending on what and how many you purchased). This is because those products are shipped from different warehouses. We will start to tidy up all the tracking numbers by the end of this week after all the shipments, and will send them to everyone via BackerKit.
